We full-time in a 2017 Ford Transit , Med-Roof, & 130″ wheelbase.
It’s a tight dwelling but our amazing backyards makes up for the lack of interior space.
So, Why Van Life?
On 2016, we started full-timing in a travel trailer. While we had amazing experiences, we wanted more mobility. The set-up and tear down with the travel trailer took some time. Which made us ‘park’ in one location for quite some time, 3-6mo at the time. It was a great introduction at the nomadic lifestyle. One thing lead to another, and we moved into our van and ditched our travel trailer.
We absolutely love driving out and exploring more with the van. It is so easy to just get in the driver’s seat and GO! I wonder where we’ll go next…
